CD/Alta/HUD - Final Closing Statement with both buyer and seller cost
Title: - Is a collective term for all of your legal rights to own, use and dispose of land. Title includes all previous ownership, uses and transfers.
Closing Cost- Are fees paid at the closing of a real estate transaction. This point in time called the closing is when the title to the property is conveyed (transferred) to the buyer. Closing costs are incurred by either the buyer or the seller.
Mortgage Commitment -Your lender has preapproved you for a mortgage based on your creditworthiness and income.. Making an offer on a property with a loan commitment means the seller will take your offer seriously because you have the ability to complete the deal.
PMI - Private Mortgage Insurance is required with a down payment of less than 20 percent. It protects the Lender and usually costs $30 to $70 a moths on every $100,000
